庭の紹介

　夫婦で庭づくりを福岡の郊外で2003年に始めました.　赤土むきだしの斜面にまず階段や園路をつくって芝をはり、果樹やバラ、ハーブなどを植えました.
　2010年にイギリスの有名なガーデンの、シシングハースト、モティスフォントアビー、ヒドコートマナーなどを回り、その素晴らしさに圧倒され、それから自分たちで小さくても素晴らしい庭をめざして庭づくりをつづけています.

AUTUMN FLOWERS

Today I post some pictures of autumn flowers in and around our garden.

The first one is cosmos（コスモス）.  It flowers beside the kitchen garden under the gazebo.  It is trembling gently in the wind.






The next is aster（アスター）.  I love this blue purple color.




And the last is Hagi (萩、Lespedeza).  It is commonly known as bush clover or Japanese clover. It is one of the representative flowers of autumn in Japan.

    I love cosmos! I have had loads in my garden this year and they always make me smile.

    I really like cosmos too and they keep flowering for a long time. Asters are always a sign of late summer/autumn. The bush clover is very pretty too and your photos are lovely.
