The first roses of this year is white double Rosa banksiae under the gazebo.  It is a climbing rose growing vigorously up to 6 m tall. Unlike most roses, it is practically thornless.  Only one plant have entirely covered the south side of gazebo and its base.

The second is climbing Rosa 'Summer Snow', which is trained on the south wall of the cottage.

And the third is standard Rosa 'Mary Rose' in the potager.

The season of roses are coming.
