Self-seeded poppy has started to flower on the path beside the kitchen garden
a couple of weeks ago, and in the garden today.
こぼれ種から育ったポピーがポタジェの横の小道では
2週間ほど前に花をつけ始めましたが、
ポタジェでは今日咲き始めました.
On the gravel path, poppy is very short because the soil is poor, however, it bears a very small flower, and it looks so cute.
砂利道では土が痩せているのでポピーはとても小さいですが、
とっても小さな花をつけていて、
とってもかわいいです.
In the kitchen garden,
red poppy flowers beside foxglove and flax.
ポタジェでは赤いポピーがジギタリスと亜麻の横で咲いています.
Colour and shape of self-seeded poppy is quite variable
There are three different type of flowers today.
こぼれ種からのポピーの花は色や形はさまざまです.
This one has orange-red petals and bluish pollen.
最初の花は赤橙色の花びらと青い花粉
The other one has pure red petals and greenish pollen.
2つめは真っ赤な花びらと緑っぽい色の花粉
We'll enjoy new flowers every morning from now on until early in June.
これから毎朝新しい花を、六月の始めごろまで楽しめそうです.
