We had recovered most natural grass in the main garden with artificial grass
and there was the last lawn remained
between the blue border and the central flower bed.
Last weekend we recovered the last lawn with artificial one.
Grass was removed and we recovered the ground with non-woven
polypropylene weed control fabric (DuPon Xavan).
And finally we laid artificial grass on the weed control fabric.
Grass generally dies in winter in Japan, however,
fake grass looks always green.
メインガーデンの芝生はだいぶん人工芝に張り替えてきましたが、
青のボーダー花壇と中央花壇との間の芝生が最後に残っていました.
先週末、この最後の芝を人工芝に張り替えました.
芝を剥いで防草シートのザバーンを敷き、
その上に人工芝を張りました.
日本では芝は冬にはだいたい枯れますが
人工芝はいつも緑です.
There are many colours in the main garden.
Artificial grass shows vivid green colour.
年末のメインガーデンは色とりどりです
人工芝の緑も鮮やかです
