The harvest of mini-tomatoes growing in one of the pentagonal raised beds was over, and the raised bed was empty, so we planted cabbage and other seedlings to be harvested in the spring. Since we still have occasional warm days and insect control is essential, I assembled a new frame for insect netting and covered it with black netting.
五角形のレイズドベッドのひとつに育てていたミニトマトの収穫も終わって、レイズドベッドが空いたので、春に収穫のキャベツなどの苗を植え付けました。まだ時々暖かい日があり防虫は欠かせないので、新たに防虫ネット用のフレームを組み立てて黒いネットを被せました。
The raised beds in the potager are now overflowing with greenery.
Vegetables such as Swiss chard and lettuce are growing in the asparagus beds, and flowers such as poppies and silene. Three long-awaited purple asparagus shoots have sprouted. The first crop will be ready in a couple of days.
In the dahlia beds, no dahlias have sprouted yet, but the agrostemma is producing its first flowers.
The potager will soon be full of flowers.
ポタジェのレイズドベッドが緑で溢れだしました.
アスパラガスのベッドでは野菜はスイスチャードやレタス、お花はポピーやフクロナデシコなどが育ってきています. そして待っていた紫色のアスパラガスの新芽が3本でてきました. 2日ほどで最初の収穫ができそうです.
ダリアのベッドではまだダリアは芽をだしていませんが、アグロステンマが最初の花を咲かせています.
ポタジェにはもうすぐたくさんの花が咲き乱れる季節がやってきます.
