The year 1993 is finally coming to an end. Here is a look at the current potager garden. The triangular raised beds have large seedlings of spring flowering plants growing in them. In the square raised beds, snap pea seedlings and pansy seedlings are growing. Cabbage and Swiss chard are growing in the netted pentagonal raised beds, while onions, potatoes and asparagus are growing in the other pentagonal raised beds. The asparagus is cut above ground and is dormant until spring. Potatoes have been harvested, and we have harvested more than we expected. The variety is Andes Red.
Finally, tomorrow marks the year 2024.

いよいよ今年も終わりです。今のポタジェを紹介します。三角のレイズドベッドには春に咲く草花の苗が大きく育っています。四角形のレイズドベッドにはスナップエンドウの苗と、パンジーの苗が育っています。ネットを掛けた五角形のレイズドベッドにはキャベツとスイスチャード、その他の五角形のレイズドベッドにはタマネギ、ジャガイモ、そしてアスパラガスを育てています。アスパラガスは地上部を切り取って、春まで休眠です。ジャガイモは収穫してみましたが、思ったよりたくさん収穫できました。品種はアンデスレッドです。
