We are growing some flower plants from seeds now, and today I show two of them.
種から花をいくつか育てていますので、今日は２つ紹介します。
The first is Hibiscus mutabilis. It is a deciduous shrub and is native in Japan.
The picture of flowers was took at the beginning of August in our neighbourhood.
I had taken some seeds and sewed them in June.

The other one is Mirabilis jalapa.
This is an annual or perennial plant and came to Japan at the beginning of 17th century.

We found it at the sunny open area in our neighbourhood.
I took some seeds and directly sowed in June. Now they are growing well.

近所では日の当たる場所に見られます。
六月にいくつか種を取ってきて、直接まきました。今よく苗が育っています。
