RAIN LILY AND GREEN LEMON (タマスダレと青いレモン)
Zephyranthes candida is a bulbous plant that flowers from the end of August to the beginning of September. It is a beautiful flower with six pure white petals and six bright yellow stamens.
The English name 'rain lily' derives from the fact that the flower stalks grow and flower en masse after a consistent rainfall, they say.
タマスダレは八月の終わりから九月の初めにかけて咲く球根植物です. 純白の六枚の花びらと、鮮やかな黄色の6本の雄しべがとても印象的な美しい花です.
英語の「雨百合」という名前は、まとまった雨後に一斉に花茎を伸ばし開花することに由来するそうです.
The lemon tree above the rain lily has many green lemons. They turn yellow in winter, but the green lemons can also be used for cooking.
タマスダレの上のレモンの木には青いレモンがたくさんなっています. 黄色く色づくのは冬ですが、青いレモンも料理などに使えます.

RAIN LILY SHINING IN THE MORNING SUN (朝日に輝くタマスダレ)
Rain lily (Tamasudare) is a bulbous plant that blooms at the beginning of September every year, with beautiful pure white petals.
The rain lilies in the flowerpots are all blooming again this year. When the morning sun shines on them, their petals, which had been closed for a while during the night, open up and start to shine.
タマスダレは毎年九月の初めに咲く球根植物で、純白の花びらの美しい花です.
植木鉢の雨百合が一斉に今年も咲いてきました. ちょうど朝日が当たってくると、夜中少し閉じていた花びらが開いてきて、輝きだします.

CUTE RAIN LILY (可愛いタマスダレ)
Rain lily is a messenger of autumn in our garden.
It flowers in early September.
We grow rain lily in pots.
After the last typhoon, it has became much cooler;
the high temperature is below 30℃ and the lower below 25℃.
タマスダレは庭では秋の使者です.
九月の初めに咲きます.
鉢で育てています.
この前の台風のあと、涼しくなって、
最高気温は30℃以下、最低も25℃以下になっています.

SUMMER AND AUTUMN FLOWERS IN EARLY SEPTEMBER (9月初旬の夏と秋の花)
The lower temperature usually have been below 25 degrees Celsius for a couple of weeks.
Many plants in our garden have been exhausted due to severely hot weather.
However, some of the plants are still good and bearing flowers.
From the window, we can see several flowers in the main garden.

Campsis radicans is in bloom repeatedly since June.
