In the morning, when the sun is shining brightly, the stained glass in the garden room looks even more beautiful with the reflected light from the sea.
朝日がまぶしく輝く朝は、海面からの反射光も加わって、ガーデンルームのステンドグラスがより鮮やかに美しく見えます.
Originally, I had built a gazebo with a retractable awning on the deck at the back of where the garden room now stands. An antique stained glass window was placed in the centre of the front. In good weather, we used to sit here to enjoy tea or to read. We also had a chance to see the cherry blossoms lit up at night.
もともと現在ガーデンルームが建っているところの奥のデッキに、開閉式のオーニングを備えたガゼボを自作していました. その正面の中央にアンティークのステンドグラスを設置していたのです. 気候の良い季節にはここでお茶を楽しんだり、読書をしたりして過ごしていました. ライトアップした夜桜の花見もしました.

I bought this film at the British Fair held at the Hakata Hankyu department store this year. The window looked a bit bare even with this film, so I designed it to match the style of the antique stained glass window on the right, and bought another type of film to put on the window to create a stained-glass style window.
今年阪急デパートで開催された英国展で窓ガラスに貼って飾るフィルムを見て購入しました. これだけ貼っても窓がさみしい感じでしたので、右側のアンティークのステンドグラスのスタイルに合わせてデザインし、窓ガラスに貼る他の種類のフィルムの買って、ステンドグラス風の窓にしてみました.
