X-MAS MARKET AT HAKATA STATION (博多駅のクリスマスマーケット)
The annual Christmas Market is held at Hakata Station. The market is held at Hakata station, with a glittering blue and white illuminated square and warmly lit huts.
We didn't go last year because of the outbreak of the new coronavirus, but this year we went because the number of patients is very low.
毎年恒例のクリスマスマーケットが博多駅で開催されています. 青や白を基調としたきらびやかなイルミネーションが輝く広場に、あたたかな光がともるヒュッテ（小屋）が並びます.
去年は新型コロナウイルスの流行のため、行きませんでしたが、今年は患者数が非常に減っているので行ってみました.
The illumination looks even more beautiful at sunset.
夕暮れ時はイルミネーションが一段と美しく見えます.
The square in front of the station has become much more crowded and lively. Everyone wears a mask. We warmed up with a glass of their famous hot wine.
随分人も増えてきて、とても賑わっています. みんなマスクをつけています. 名物のホットワインを飲んで温まりました.
There was also a shop selling fresh dressing made in Itoshima, where we live.
私たちの住む糸島で作られた生ドレッシングを売る店もありました.

X-MAS MARKET AND THE END-YEAR PARTY
I went to X-mas market of Hakata station yesterday evening.
There was a end-year party of my place of work at the hotel near the station.
So many people were enjoying shopping, drinking, eating and hearing music.
昨日の夕方、博多駅のクリスマスマーケットに行きました
駅の近くのホテルで職場の忘年会だったのです
たくさんの人々が買い物や飲んだり食べたり、音楽を聴いたりして楽しんでいました
I bought a cup of hot wine.
Hot wine were served in an original cup, and the design of it changes every year.
Wine was hot and it made me so warm.
And now, my collection of original cups contains four serial cups from 2016.
ホットワインを一杯買って飲みました
ホットワインは毎年ちがうデザインのオリジナルのマグカップについで売られています
ワインは熱くて体が温まりました
そして、私のコレクションも2016年から4年連続のカップとなりました
At the end-year party, we enjoyed the performance of Hakata spinning top.
That is a traditional art in Fukuoka.
We were really impressed with the performance.

X-MAS MARKET IN FUKUOKA 2017 (今年の福岡クリスマスマーケット)
The 5th Christmas Market in Fukuoka has started since last Tuesday at the Hakata Station. We visited last Saturday, and enjoyed the beautiful illumination, live songs, foods (we tried soup, sausage and pizza), drinks including hot wine and shops of Christmas goods.
A huge number of people gathered there in spite of the coldest night this autumn.

博多駅で先週の火曜日から5回目になるクリスマスマーケットin福岡が始まっています.
先週土曜日に出かけて美しいイルミネーション、ライブの歌、食べ物や飲み物（ホットワインも）、そしてクリスマス雑貨のお店を楽しみました.
この秋一番の寒い夜にも関わらず、ものすごくたくさんの人が来ていました。

X-MAS MARKET IN FUKUOKA (博多駅前 のクリスマスマーケット)
A Christmas Market is being held, from 21st November to 25th December, in front of Hakata Station (Fukuoka, Japan) with European-style Christmas decorations, live musical performances, hot wine & festive foods! The market is beautifully illuminated with 700 000 LED lightbulbs, and a 14m light tower.
A year-end party of my workplace was held last Saturday evening at the hotel near the Hakata Station. I arrived there at the evening twilight time, and the LED illumination (Blue LED was invented by three Japanese Nobel-Prize winner this year) was unbelievably beautiful.
Because it was Saturday evening, so many people had come and enjoyed the illumination, live music, shopping, and eating.
I really enjoyed looking at the market, and listening a chorus.
At the end-year party, clinic staffs performed a musical of "Frozen" (アナと雪の女王). I had a really enjoyable time at the party. I had got a present to my wife at the lottery; a pair of nice slippers!
