I have finish reading a novel 'Elizabeth Is Missing'.  Tom (a teacher of my English conversation class) recommended the novel at the class, and I got the digital version of the novel three weeks ago.

The novel is narrated by an 82-year-old woman named Maud with dementia who is searching the neighbourhood for an elderly friend Elizabeth.  She also remembers sudden disappearance of her newly married elderly sister Sukey seventy years ago.  The narrative flits between the present day and the postwar period.  The most difficult problem of Maud is her memory disorder; she cannot remember what happened a few seconds ago.  She struggles to solve two mysteries, but it's hard...

The book is a bit difficult for me to read in English, but I have read it in three weeks, for it is very interesting.

The guardian said that 'the TV rights have already been sold and you can almost hear the calls being placed to Dame Judi and/or Dame Maggie.'  I'm looking forward to watching its TV drama in the near future.

Today I got to know that the author Emma Healey is a young woman (born  in 1985).  She seems to have a great future.
