Making An Aluminium Garden Obelisk (アルミ製のオベリスク製作)

 I looked online for an pyramid garden obelisk to train climbing roses, but I couldn't find a nice one. So I decided to make one myself. The height is about 2 meters. 

バラを誘引するオベリスクをネットで探しましたが、素敵なものが見つかりませんでした. それで、自分で作ることにしました. 高さは約2メートルです。

I chose aluminum as the material because it is strong, long-lasting, and easy to process. I used square aluminum tubes, thin aluminum sheets, and stainless steel bolts and nuts. It took about a month to complete the project, taking time on weekends. 

材料は丈夫で長持ちし、加工がしやすいことから、アルミを選びました. 四角いアルミ管と細いアルミ板を使い、ステンレス製のボルトとナット使いました. 週末に時間を見て約1か月ほどで完成しました. 

 

Finally, I finished it with bronze metallic spray paint. The obelisk was then placed in the central flower bed. On top of the obelisk, I placed a bronze statue of Artemis. 

最後にブロンズメタリックのスプレーペイントで仕上げました. そしてこのオベリスクを中央花壇に設置しました. オベリスクの上にはアルテミスのブロンズ像を載せました. 

Artemis is the Greek goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals, the Moon and chastity.  She is the daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo. 

アルテミスは、狩猟、荒野、野生動物、月と貞操のギリシャの女神です。 アルテミスはゼウスとレトの娘であり、アポロの双子の妹でもある。
