We went to a riding club to get horse manure yesterday.
Two women were riding in a riding ground.
We got about twenty bags of manure.
(The bags are for sandbag.)

A half of horse manure was stored in the compost containers (a left bin).
The center bin is for more matured compost,
and the right one is for less matured.
The rest of manure was stored in bags to use as mulch for roses.

Dear Poirot
ReplyDeleteI will be pruning and mulching my roses too at the end of the month. I have just bought myself another David Austin rose (to go in a pot) - Darcey Bussell - which is a nice deep red. I am really looking forward to receiving it.
I hope your pruning and mulching goes well.
Best wishes
Ellie
Dear Ellie
DeleteIt is exciting to plant new roses, isn't it.
I cannot wait for early summer to come!
