FJBS Speech & Friendship Party

The 49th Speech & Friendship Party of the Fukuoka Japan British Society in 2014 was held on 3rd June at Hotel New Otani Hakata, and I attended it.

The speech was entitled “Learning English in the 21st century – How much is enough?” by Mr. Jeff Streeter, the director of British Council Japan.
Thanks to consecutive interpretation, I could understand the speech, and it was full of interesting things.

After speech, I enjoyed friendship party with Japanese and British friends.  Foods and drinks were so good that all were finished up by gluttonous members including me :-)
