Plums

Plum flowers bloomed in the middle of March, and the trees are bearing a lot of fruits.  In a couple of weeks, we can harvest them.

One variety of the plum 'Oh-Ishi Wase' is sweeter and is good for eating, and another variety 'Santarosa' is much sourer and is good for making jam.  We will harvest the former in June, and the latter in early July.
