REPLANTING PLANTS IN THE PEONY BED (シャクヤク花壇の植え替え)

It's raining this morning. 

Leaves of plum have almost fallen.

今朝は雨が降っています. スモモの葉はほとんど散りました.

The chaste tree is still bearing flowers. 

セイヨウニンジンボクはまだ花を咲かせています

 White Japanese anemone is in full bloom. 

Some leaves of hosta have started to wither. 

白いシュウメイギクは満開です
ギボウシの葉は少し枯れてきています

Flowers of Salvia leucantha give their beautiful purple colour

in the garden. 

アメジストセージが美しい紫色を庭に添えています

Leaves of wisteria have turned yellow, and fallen. 

We dug out the pot, in which we planted wisteria, from the peony bed, 

and most of plants grown in the bed were dug out. 

Some of them were replanted in the bed and others were transplanted in other places. 

フジの葉は黄色く紅葉して散っています.
フジを植えていた植木鉢を花壇から掘り上げ、
他の大半の植物もいったん掘り上げました.
そして花壇に再度植えなおし、一部は他のところに移植しました

The peony bed was entirely covered with Trachelospermum asiaticum

 'Hatuyukikazura'.
And plants including peony and lycoris in the bed were too crowded. 

シャクヤクの花壇はハツユキカズラにすっかり覆われてしまっていました.
そして、シャクヤクやリコリスなどの植物もとても窮屈でした. 

So we dug out a couple of herbaceous peonies and a number of lycoris bulbs.

それで、シャクヤク2株とたくさんのリコリスの球根を掘り上げました.

At the end, there are five varieties of peony and about twenty bulbs of lycoris
in the bed, with a dozen of Allium cristophii.
We'll plant some of Trachelospermum asiaticum later.

最終的にシャクヤクは5種類残し、リコリス球根は20個ほど植え戻し
それにアリウム・クリストフィアイの球根も10個あまり植えました

Rest of lycoris bulbs were planted behind the plum trees
and in the new garden.

残りのリコリスの球根はスモモの木の奥と

新しい庭に植えました.
