It was so cold this afternoon; maximum temperature was only 3 degrees.
I enjoy roasting sweet potatoes, every winter, on the coldest day
in the brick oven of the potager.
I set dry wood in the oven and fired it.
今日の午後はとても寒くて、最高気温もたったの３℃
こんな一番冬の寒い日には毎年、ポタジェのレンガの釜で焼き芋を楽しんでいます
乾いた薪をいれて火をつけました
About twenty minutes later, I put three sweet potatoes (Anno Imo) wrapped with wet newspaper and aluminum foil.
20分ほどたってから、濡れ新聞とアルミホイルで包んだサツマイモを３個、
釜に入れました（安納芋）
And 30 minutes later, I took out the potatoes from the oven.
そして３０分後に取り出しました
I took off aluminum foil
アルミホイルをはがして、
and burnt newspaper.
焦げた新聞紙をはがすと、
The roast sweet potato had been cooked well,
and it looks mellow.
焼いもはよく焼けていて、とってもしっとりしています
I enjoyed its sweet and creamy taste.
甘くてクリーミーな味を楽しみました
Broccoli is growing in the raised beds
and we've been harvesting since December.
レイズドベッドではブロッコリーが育っていて、
12月から収穫を続けています
