EARLY FLOWERING TULIPS (早咲きチューリップ)

We bought flower pots and early-flowering tulip bulbs on Xmas Eve. 

The bulbs were in ten-eggs plastic cartons. 

We facilitated their rooting by adding a little water in the carton, 

and the bulbs grew their roots in a few days.

Then we planted them in the pot. 

Now they've already grown to three inches. 

They said the tulips flower in late February, and we are looking forward it. 

 

クリスマスイブに早咲きのチューリップの球根と植木鉢を買いました.

球根は10入りの卵ケースに入っていました.

ケースに少量水をいれて発根を促して、

数日で根が伸びてきました.

そのあと植木鉢に植えつけて、

今は７，８センチまで伸びています.

2月の後半に花が咲くとのことでしたので、楽しみです. 

Ordinary tulip bulbs were planted in pots 

in late October. 

In front of the arbour seat, we planted purple and yellow tulips in two urns, 

and some of them have appeared their leave buds. 

 普通のチューリップも鉢に10月の終わりに植えつけました.

アーバーシートの前の脚つきの２つの鉢に紫と黄色のチューリップを植えましたが

葉が少し出てきています.

At the windowsill, bulbs of saffron were placed on the plate. 

Leaves are growing, and we are looking forward to their flowers

in early spring. 

窓辺にはお皿にサフランの球根を置いていて

葉が伸びてきています.

早春に花が咲くのを楽しみにしています.
