This morning, we harvested prune and blueberry.
Marple made prune compote and blueberry jam in the afternoon.
She made prune compote for the first time in two years,
and this was the fourth time for her to make blueberry jam this season.
I helped to put them into jars and to try them.
They tasted so good with vanilla ice cream.

ReplyDeleteIt looks as though you have had a good harvest this season so far. My four blueberry bushes have done well this year (they enjoyed the rain we had in June) and Chris is going to make blueberry jam for the first time. I am looking forward to tasting it.
