Most of seedless kumquat fruits were used to make marmalade.
We bought a food dryer lately,
and we tried to make dry fruit of kumquat for the first time.
Kumquat were sliced and dried (three hours).
The dried fruit tasted good,
and took two in my tea.
(They absorbed water and sunk.)
種なし金柑はほとんどまーマレードつくりに使ってしまいましたが、
最近フードドライヤーを買ったので
金柑のドライフルーツを初めてやってみました.
薄く切って乾燥(約3時間)
なかなか良い味で
紅茶に入れてみました.
(水を吸って沈みました・・)
