We harvested Jerusalem artichoke.
It weighed about 2.5 kg.
A quarter of it was sliced. And a half was soaked in sweet vinegar, which is my favorite, and another half was dried.
Three quarters of the harvest were returned in soil to preserve for a while.
Several tubers were planted in new felt containers for the next season.
