The club apple is a type of apple that bears very small fruit. I planted it almost 10 years ago on the right side of the brick wall in the main garden and it seems to be a Malus x moerlandsii ‘Profusion’ variety of club apple.
It is probably a little too hot in Kyushu, partly due to global warming. Nevertheless, the number of flowers is gradually increasing each year. The buds are a deep pink, almost red, and the petals are also deep pink. Fruiting is not very good.
