We harvested miniature apples (
Alpine maiden アルプス乙女）today, and tried to make an apple tart.

| They became clean by scrubbing with a kitchen sponge. |

| They were peeled except some red skin, and boiled for a short time with lemon and sugar. |
Scotland has voted to stay in the United Kingdom after voters decisively rejected independence last Thursday. We thought of an idea of making a Union Jack apple and blueberry tart.

| It was baked in an electric oven. |

| This is a Union-Jack-design apple and blueberry tart. |
Does it look like the Union Jack? Hmm..... But it tasted good!!
What a lovely tart you made, makes me hungry just looking at it! And a good look of the union jack which luckily we are going to be keeping.
