Yesterday morning, we harvested seven and a half pounds of blueberry.

and she presented us a book 'Creative Vegetable Gardening'.
It is a very interesting book with so many beautiful pictures and I've started to read it.

という本を頂きました.
とても興味深い本で、たくさんの美しい写真が載っていて、さっそく読み始めました.

Today we pruned plum, prune and roses on the arches.
I used a ordinary and telescoping loppers as well as a secateurs.
It was a hard work, and we were soaked with sweat again.
We don't like gardening in mid-summer in Japan.

剪定ばさみのほかに、普通のロッパーと延長式のものとを使いました.
ハードワークでまたもや汗びっしょりです.
