We planted potato at the beginning of March.
Its leaves are dying back.
Because it was sunny and dry yesterday, potato was harvested.
It was 'Andes Red' potato,
which has beautiful rich red skin with a slightly yellow flesh.
It is a floury type potato. It breaks down with cooking.
So, it is great for mashing, croquet and potato salad.

品種は案でスレッド、
赤い皮で、実は少しだけ黄色みがあり、粉質で
料理すると柔らかく崩れてくるので
