It's late February, the weather is still cold and most of the deciduous trees have yet to bud. Perhaps spring is coming a little late this year.
2月も下旬になり、まだ寒い日が続いて、落葉樹の大半はまだ芽が膨らむ様子はありません. 今年は少し春が来るのが遅いのかもしれません.
