This winter has been cold and spring seems to have arrived a week to 10 days later than last year. Many potted snowflakes have started to flower. They are very pretty white flowers.
The branches of the dogwood in the background are still brightly coloured and have not yet sprouted, but will soon be ready for pruning.
The ornamental cabbages are running to seed and getting taller and taller. The potted double hellebore, which have flowered profusely, has seed bunches that are getting a little bigger.
The roses are growing new leaves, an exciting sign that another glorious season is almost upon us.
今年の冬は寒くて、春の訪れは昨年より一週間から10日ほど遅れている感じです。鉢植えのスノーフレーク（オオマツユキソウ）がたくさん花をつけ始めました. とても可愛らしい形の白い花です.
背景のサンゴミズキの枝はまだ鮮やかな色で、新芽もまだ出てきていませんが、間もなく剪定の時期を迎えます.
葉ボタンはとうがたってきて、背が高くなってきています. たくさん花をつけた鉢植えの八重のクリスマスローズは、種房が少し大きくなってきています.
バラたちは新緑がますます伸びてきて、今年も輝く季節が間もなく到来することを示していて、ワクワクします.
