The single red climbing rose cocktail blooms well and repeatedly from early summer to autumn. It is susceptible to black spot disease and will drop its leaves after flowering, but will sprout new shoots and produce many flowers again. This is repeated several times a year. It is about 3 metres tall because of its tendency to die back at the tips of its branches.
