Persimmon season has arrived and we harvested the coloured fruits the other day. This year again, we peel them, tie them with string and hang them on a sunny window sill to make dried persimmons. They are a very sweet winter preserve.
柿の季節が来て、先日色づいた実を収穫しました. 今年も皮をむいて糸で結び、日の当たる窓辺に吊るして干し柿を作ります. とても甘い冬の保存食です.
