At the end of the last summer, we planted Wisteria floribunda at the place where tree peony had once been planted. It has started to bloom since last week. Its bluish purple is so beautiful. We planted it in a terracotta pot and the pot was set into the bed because the tree peony might be replanted in the future. Our garden is filled with its sweet scent.

Wisteria floribunda is native in Japan, and is one of the most popular flower in spring.
The Kawachi Fuji Gardens in Kitakyushu City, which is world-famous because of its pastel-colored fairytale tunnel, is 100km away from here.
