In the shade garden by the garden room, the acanthus has entered its summer dormancy and the above-ground parts have died. The hostas have retained their beautiful foliage and one of them has started to flower. The buds are pale purple and the petals are pure white when in flower. It is the hottest time of the year and I can't work in the garden during the day, and it is very hot in the mornings and evenings, so I do minimal work in the garden. I hope the mornings and evenings will soon get cooler.
ガーデンルームの脇にあるシェードガーデンでは、アカンサスが夏の休眠期に入って地上部が枯れてしまいました. ホスタは美しい葉を保って、花を咲かせ始めました. 蕾は淡い紫色で、開花すると花弁は真っ白です. 今は一年中でもっとも暑い時期で、昼間はとても庭仕事ができる状況ではなく、朝夕もかなり暑くて、最小限の庭仕事だけやっています. 早く朝晩でも涼しくなって欲しいです.
