Lamium album var. barbatum is a perennial plant of Lamiaceae family, native to East Asia including Japan. It bears pink or white flowers in spring.
It's called odorikoso (dancer' flower) in Japanese, because the way the flowers are attached resembles a line of dancers wearing hats.
オドリコソウはシソ科の多年草で、日本を含む東アジア原産です. 春にピンクか白の花を咲かせます.
日本語ではオドリコソウ（踊り子草）と呼ばれますが、それは花のつき方が笠をかぶった踊り子たちが並んだ姿に似ているからだそうです.
