FULLY BLOOMED HELLEBORUS FLOWERS (満開のクリスマスローズの花)

Hereborus flowers are now fully bloomed here and there in our garden.
We can look at many signs of coming spring such as enlarging flower buds of cherry, plum and blueberry.  In the potager, I have found spears of asparagus for the first time this year.
February is going and March will soon come, and we can look at vigorous regeneration of plants and wildlife again.  I do really love March and April.

Next five pictures were taken under plum trees.

This photo was taken at the entrance of our garden, where snow drops have been blooming.

The last photo was taken at the shady slope garden.

  1. I love hellebores! I had a lot in my last garden and must get some for this one. They are so lovely and delicate and a contrast to anything else which flowers at this time of the years.

    1. Oh yes, they stand out in early spring, and will last until the flowering season of cherry blossoms in our area.

  2. Dear Poirot
Your hellebores are beautiful. I have three plants but so far, they are only in bud. I am looking forward to seeing the flowers. I love March and April (and May) too - everything is growing and there is something new to be seen every day.
    Best wishes

    1. Dear Ellie
Beautiful light green leaves and exiting expectations of full bloom of roses and other flowers (in May) is my favorites; they're in March and April in our area.
