We have been growing purple asparagus in one of the pentagonal raised beds in the potager for several years. Many new shoots are emerging now. They are also emerging from amongst the branches of the California poppy. I harvested two of the long shoots. We enjoyed them right away.
ポタジェの五角形のレイズドベッドの一つに紫アスパラガスを数年育てています. 新芽がたくさん今出てきています. ハナビシソウの枝の間からも出てきています. 長く伸びた新芽を２つ収穫しました. さっそくおいしく頂きました.
