The queen of the night is a kind of cactus that produces beautiful, large, fragrant flowers that bloom only one night in summer.
Two years ago, a gardening friend gave us a leaf of the cactus and I put it in a pot, and it grew to about one meter tall and finally bloomed.

二年前にこのサボテンの葉を庭友さんからいただいて鉢に挿していたら、1メートルほどの高さまで育って、ついに花を咲かせました.
Flowering started at around 7:00 p.m. and slowly opened to full bloom at around 9:00 p.m. As it bloomed, a sweet fragrance filled the room.
開花は午後7時ごろに始まって、ゆっくり開いて、9時ごろに満開となりました. 開花するにつれて、甘い香りが部屋に満ちてきました.
